Our client had a patch of land which had become very overgrown with brush and weeds causing it to become an eyesore but they kept putting it off because without the bobcat we brought with us the project appeared daunting.
The project entailed removing all the brush and scrub, leveling out the section of the yard and spreading loam to prepare for grass seed application. It took about 4 hours for us to start and complete the project as well as hauling out the material we removed.
